We strive to get every order out as soon as possible, most orders are processed and ship within 48-72 hours of receiving the order, and depending on your shipping method, may take a 2-6 days to arrive. We appreciate your patience should there be any delays and we are happy to answer any questions you may have via email.

If you are not satisfied with your item or you made an error in ordering, contact us. We examine every issue on a case-by-case basis and we'll try to do what it takes to make everything right.
Returns and Exchange Information
Contact us BEFORE returning your items to get a return authorization number. Any returns received without a return authorization number will not be honored.
Request for refund must be for items in new condition and made within 14 days from the date you received the items based on the tracking delivery date. All items must be returned in new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, less the original shipping cost.
Only the cost of the item will be refunded. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
If you receive an item that is damaged, the items will be replaced at no cost to you.
If you ordered the wrong size or made a mistake in ordering, follow the normal return policy.
If we sent the wrong or incorrect size - we will take care of everything at no cost including the return postage.
Returns or exchanges cannot be made on discontinued items
Refunds will be made in the payment type you provided
